1. Receipt of Application
You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt e-mail upon receipt of your application. HR will check over your application.
2. Preselection
Your application is sent to the relevant department. If you fulfill the criteria, then HR will contact you and organize a meeting to get to know you.
3. First Interview
We will get our first impressions of you with a telephone or personal interview and also give you an opportunity to get to know MID. We believe in an open exchange.
4. Second Interview
You have won us over with your personality and knowledge and you likewise have a good feeling about us. The second interview should be used to answer any open questions and discuss general conditions.
5. Contract Offer
We will be in contact with you shortly to give you feedback about the selection process. If you are successful, then we will be happy to set out a contract offer.
6. Individual Start
We will prepare your onboarding in digital form. An individual orientation plan, an experienced mentor and exciting tasks are waiting for you.
