As a budding consultant, you will be analyzing a wide range of problem areas for our cus-tomers and supporting the development of long-lasting solutions. Depending on your in-terests and qualifications, you will be focused on the following topics:

  • Business Intelligence
  • Enterprise Architecture Management
  • Business Process Management
  • Sustainable development of complex individual software
  • Introduction and customization of SAP systems

You will be working with experienced consultants on presentations, workshops and pro-jects, taking on responsibility and developing future topics. You will take on increasing con-sultancy tasks to extend your knowledge and develop your skills in either the specialist or management track.




As a budding trainer, you will support and qualify our customers and employees in practice-oriented face-to-face training for both business and IT. Training on the job and targeted training schemes will help you to prepare for this responsible role. Depending on your in-terests and qualifications, you will be focused on the following business topics:

  • Process and project management
  • Software design and architecture
  • Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse

Your communication and presentation skills are second to none and you are not shy about speaking in front of larger groups. Your aim is to develop into an experienced and inde-pendent trainer.

Product Management

The market-oriented design and focus of our innovative products brings with it a multitude of challenges for both young professionals and experienced specialists alike. You will sup-port our team in designing product and go-to-market strategies, be responsible for tech-nical requirements for product parts and be involved in the smooth installation and configu-ration of our products for our customers. All of the above tasks will add to your skills and help you to take on more responsibility.

Product Development

Do you enjoy the sound of the keyboard clicking away, designing code, eliminating bugs and more? Then why not take the opportunity to be a part of complex and challenging IT pro-jects for developing agile innovative software and web applications. Glean experience, qualifications and expertise to become a senior software engineer, software architect or manager.

Don’t worry - we won’t throw you in the deep end! Your start with MID will be professionally supported. You are not merely an employee, but part of the team. A systematic induction process ensures that you quickly find your feet, get to know both internal processes and new colleagues, and ensures that you can get going in your technical domain.

Your first weeks with MID is structured with an induction plan in both technical and personal as-pects. Our mentoring program will ensure that you have an experienced employee on hand to support you when you start work at MID and acts as a contact partner and confidant. Our 90 day feedback and end of probation talk will give both sides the opportunity to assess performance and development.
