Modeling with UML - Foundation Course
Unified Modeling Language has been the standard for years when it comes to describing and modeling object-oriented software systems and can be used for a wide variety of tasks. UML is an essential tool for object-oriented analysis or requirements analysis. It also provides important services when describing or documenting existing software systems. UML is also a precise way of expressing almost all aspects of IT.
Do you require UML for your tasks or do you just want to know more about it? This seminar will teach you the central concepts and diagrams used in UML and you will be able to try these out in practical tasks. The content of this seminar is independent of the concrete task discipline (e.g. requirements analysis and/or system analysis) or method that you wish to implement and can be used e.g. as the basis for UML certification at a later stage.
At the end of this course you will be able to use UML for describing or analyzing software systems. You will recognize the most important diagrams and be able to use UML metamodel terms.
