Process Modeling in BPMN 2

Each flow that follows certain explicit or implicit rules is a process, whether it be a business process, workflow or technical process. These processes need to be described, or rather modeled, for you to keep on top of them. The modeling language BPMN 2 is fast becoming the new standard for process modeling. Practically one of a kind, it can be used for visualizing business processes and technical process modeling, as well as being able to cope with flows.
This course will get you to grips with BPMN 2 and how it is put into practice. Model business scenarios in tutorials lead by an experienced trainer and discover the potentials of using BPMN 2.0 for your tasks.
Aims:
By the end of this course you will be able to model business and technical flows as BPMN processes. You will be able to describe individual process steps, visualize the data objects used and assign responsible roles or systems. You will also be able to model process hierarchies and collaborate with various processes.
