Hundreds of processes needed to be adapted to meet the requirements of the new service concept. The fundamental change to the business process proved a challenge for the IT application landscape. The Bundesagentur für Arbeit rose successfully to the challenge with the project, ProIT. A UML-based business process model was created with Innovator Business to establish a common basis for the further development of IT.
