Innovation on the Agenda: MID Belongs to the Top 100

Warnemünde/Nuremberg: two aspects shape Germany's economy: a structure made up of predominently medium-sized companies and further development in all branches directed towards the future. The top one hundred innovative companies are awarded a prize each year to promote this structure. MID GmbH is now part of the prestigious circle of TOP 100 companies. MID managing director, Jochen Seemann, received the prize from Lothar Späth at an awards ceremony June 30, 2011 in Warnemünde.

“Outstandingly Innovative”.  The Nuremberg-based company, MID GmbH, belongs to the top 100 innovative medium-sized companies in Germany and now proudly wears the title “TOP 100”.
The awards ceremony in Warnemünde saw Jochen Seemann receive the prize from Lothar Späth.
Innovative management, working atmosphere, innovative processes and organization, and innovative marketing are the categories which were assessed.  MID achieved an overall ranking of 'A+', which puts them well above average in the TOP 100.
The Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Vienna gave further evidence of MID’s ranking by adding that they possess an “exceptionally professional innovation management”, which is also above average taken from an international perspective.

Jochen Seemann underlined the fact by musing “we live innovation.  It is not just ideas from individuals but also working together as a team who are always striving for perfection".  This is also the attitude taken during the development process so that the right solutions are achieved for customers and partners using modern tools and methods. Innovation is daily bread for MID in the literal sense as the Nuremberg company’s tool is actually called Innovator. Both companies and government agencies alike employ Innovator for modeling complex process and IT architectures.
