As a member of the executive board, Andreas Ditze is responsible for consulting, the competence center and the MID academy. As a principal consultant, he also offers advice about the efficient implementation and use of structured and object-oriented modeling techniques for model-based software engineering and business process modeling. He completed his studies at the university of applied sciences, Georg Simon Ohm, in Nuremberg and joined the MID team at the end of 1997, after seven years of experience as a software developer and project manager.
Jürgen Leuschel

Jürgen Leuschel has been managing director of MID since 2004 and is responsible for finance and controlling, personnel and sales. Working in his position as cost control team leader at DaimlerChrysler, he gained valuable experience in his role responsible for purchasing complex IT system solutions. The same can also be said for his time as head of department for standard software and object-oriented software solutions consulting at debis Systemhaus. He built up operative systems integration units in many foreign subsidiaries for both debis Systemhaus and T-Systems. Before becoming managing director for MID, he was in charge of the professional consulting services department at AtosOrigin Deutschland.
Jochen Seemann

Jochen Seemann has been managing director of MID GmbH since 2008 and has worked in the area of modeling for over 15 years. Before taking up his current position, he worked in various managing positions for IBM/Rational in Seattle (Rational Rose/XDE) and Microsoft in Redmond (Visual Studio Team System, DSL Tools).
